I just posted my take on the weird and troubling death of Anne Heche, an actress I'd long admired. And just as you'd suspect, there are all kinds of strange connections and conundrums hovering above the whole affair.
What I didn't go into is how much Heche had always reminded me of a friend, who made the news for an equally troubling but rather different kind of event a few years back.
