We went over a heapin' helpin' of information about the history of ghosts and ghost stories last night, all leading up to my Top 13 Ectoplasmic Essentials Countdown. I believe this was the biggest slideshow I've assembled yet.
Ghosts are very, very real - I haven't a single smidgen of doubt about that. And their existence poses questions that philosophers and prophets have been wrestling with for millennia. Fortunately, we now have the advantage of lightspeed information gathering and sharing - not to mention a rapidly-shifting reality paradigm - to help us explore these mysteries.
And for my money, art and stories are always the most effective medium to express the ineffable nature of the spirit world.
